Like our recruitment strategy that varies depending on the position, our pricing depends on our customers' needs. There are two main factors that impact pricing: Exclusivity and Volume.
Exclusivity means that we would be your only recruitment parnter (apart from your internal recruitment team). Exclusivity would have a cost benefit to our customers.
Volume means the amount of positions you plan on hiring for in a particular season. The more openings we would be able to work on, the more cost benefit per position.
This is a big differentiator. MTPS is a lean company, we do not have unneccessary overhead or mid-level management salaries to cover. This allows us to offer a more budget-freindly recruitment partnership without compromising quality or turnaround.
Our typical recruitment turnaround is anywhere from 2-4 days. This is the time it would take us to identify, connect with, screen, and submit to you/your hiring manager.
